blowmolding company. Kinpak offers contract and private label packaging
of chemicals for automotive, industrial, agricultural, and household
use, as well as personal care products. Since 1979 Kinpak has maintained

River Terminal
Kinpak's terminal on the Alabama river provides direct access to the
Gulf Coast. Bulk materials can be received by barge, tank car, or
tank truck for storage in our 1.2 million gallon bulk storage facility.
Kinpak employs a tank car leasing program to supplement barge traffic
when necessary.

Rail Unloading & Shipping
Plant has Rail side capable of handling 10 railcars at one time for raw materials to aid high-speed manufacturing and blending.
Blending
Kinpak has a total blending tank farm capacity in excess of 300,000
gallons. State-of-the-art electronic controls assure accuracy of every
batch or lot. Every blend is tested for adherence to customer specifications.

Blowmolding
Our Blowmolding department enables Kinpak to supply bottles in PVC and HDPE of various
sizes, colors, weights and designs at an extremely competitive price.
This dedicated in-house blowmolding provides the inventory control
and flexibility necessary to support time-sensitive customers.

Labeling
At Kinpak, labeling versatility is available using heat transfer,
polysleeve, pressure sensitive and paper labels which enhance package
aesthetics while offering economical decorative choices. As a value
added service Kinpak will assist you in complete design of your product
labels.

Filling
Kinpak operates eight liquid filling lines which are capable of filling
containers up to 4oz. to one and one-half gallons in size at speeds up to
100 gallons per minute. Metered pumping stations allow accurate filling
of pails, drums and bulk shipping containers. (Trucks, Railcars, Intermodal
Containers, and Flexible Packaging.)

Statistical
Process Control
Kinpak employs Statistical Process Control on all processes within
our facility. Quality audits are performed routinely for each phase
of production. Our modern laboratory and experienced technical personnel
are available to assist you with implementing tests necessary to insure
product performance standards.

Palletizer
Custom Unitization insures the safe shipping of your product. Kinpak
employs automatic case packers, case sealers, and palletizers.
