When all of the crystals have dissolved: Step 1. Remove the inner basket. Step 2. Pour the liquid down a sink drain or toilet, and thoroughly rinse the bucket. Step 3. Replace the empty inner basket into the outer bucket. Step 4. Pour refill crystals into the inner basket, filling 1 inch from the top.
