Refer to the manufacturer’s engine service manual for detailed flushing and filling instructions. If no manual is available, follow these steps:
1) Remove the upper and lower plugs on the lower unit gear case and completely drain the old oil.
2) Insert the fill tube into the lower hole. For easier installation, we recommend using the STAR BRITE Lower Unit Lube Tube.
3) Slowly refill the unit.
