If the surface has mildew stains, use STAR BRITE® Mold & Mildew Stain Remover to clean the area before applying Mold & Mildew Stain Blocker. Spray onto surfaces to be treated, then use a cloth or sponge to spread evenly for uniform coverage. Wipe up any overspray, and allow to air-dry. Reapply monthly or as often as needed. NOTE: Test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before treating the entire surface.
