DIRECTIONS:
Installing Grease Cartridges:

Unscrew the head cap from the barrel and remove it.
Inspect the rubber plunger inside the barrel before loading grease. If uneven, pull the rod handle to its full extension, then release it multiple times until the plunger is level.
Pull the rod handle all the way out and lock it into the retaining slot.
Remove the plastic cap from the end of the grease cartridge and insert it open end first into the barrel.
Push the grease cartridge into the barrel until the pull-tab rim contacts the barrel rim. Remove the pull-tab seal.
Replace the head cap.
Release the rod handle from the retaining slot and push it lightly into the barrel to prime the gun.
Pump the lever several times until grease flows from the coupler.
Troubleshooting Guide:
Problem: Grease does not flow from the coupler.
Solution: Replace the grease cartridge or refill the barrel.

Problem: Air trapped in the head prevents grease flow.
Solution: Slightly loosen the head cap to release the trapped air, then securely tighten it. Pump until grease flows.
