FOR WATER SYSTEM WINTER LAY-UP

Drain the entire water system as thoroughly as possible. Open all hot and cold water faucets and other outlets. Blow out as much water as possible with air pressure. Drain the hot water tank and leave the petcock open. Bypass the hot water tank by disconnecting the inlet and outlet lines and connecting them together using hose clamps. Add antifreeze to the water system according to manufacturer instructions to ensure complete protection.
