Bio Safe PG Antifreeze & Coolant

HOW TO INSTALL BIO SAFE
1. Check cooling system for loose connections, leaks, and worn parts. Make necessary corrections.
2. After making sure engine is cool, drain system by opening radiator and engine block drain plugs. Flush thoroughly with clean, fresh water. If the system has a reservoir, flush the reservoir with water and empty it. If necessary, use a detergent radiator flush to remove rust and sludge.
3. Close all radiator and engine block drain plugs.
4. Add required amount of Bio Safe for desired protection (refer to chart). Fill system with water to approximately one inch below radiator filler neck. With an overflow tank, fill to the radiator overflow tube and fill the reservoir to the “cold” mark.
5. Set heater control on high and run engine to normal temperature to open thermostat and release trapped air. If necessary add more water. Install radiator cap. Check for leaks.
6. Any future cooling system fluid additions should be a mixture of Bio Safe and water in the proper proportion.
